In 8 months Valeo got me from not being able to run at all to completing my first half marathon, shaving 7 minutes off my 5K time, and winning 3rd in a triathlon relay. If you are willing to do the work, they will get you to your goals. I couldn't have done it without them!

As a runner...after so many longs training runs and races, things get a little out of place. For me, it's a great relief to know that whether a stress fracture or a knee pain flairs up, I am able to get relief at Valeo. Everytime I go to their facility with excruciating pain, Paul is there to offer the right balance of options, from deep tissue massage, to heating or ice packs, or even the trigger point needles treatment, along with rest and home excercises, so I can go back to my running. I always felt I was given the best care thanks to Paul and his staff for the way they always was available to aid me and "put me together" again, Thanks Valeo for your great service!

Needles and tennis elbow? 2 needling sessions lasting about 3 minutes each solved the problem in one week. Paul inserted the needle with less discomfort than a mosquito bite, and my strength and flexibility returned immediately. The persistent pain was gone and so was my excuse for upper body strength training with Valeo’s fitness trainers. Therapy, massage and fitness training in one location with a knowledgeable and well-trained staff really simplify my schedule.
