Work: Worked for HCA for seven years as a Rehab tech.  Areas of work included post surgical, out-patient, rehab, cardiac rehab, and ICU.  I have been with Valeo Physical Therapy for over a year.

Coaching: Coached junior high football team at Clear Lake Christian School (2 years) as Head Coach and offensive coordinator.  High School football at Clear Lake Christian School (3yrs) as the defensive backs coach and defensive line.  Texas Blackout semi-pro football team as the wide receivers and special teams coach (1 yr).  Batting coach for the Sagemont Beverly Hills little league (1yr).

Private Coaching: Includes coaching 2 former NFL players, college football and basketball players and over a dozen high school football players and multiple middle school football, baseball, and basketball.  These sessions ranged from strength and conditioning to teaching proper technique a specific position.

My Sports history:  I grew up around team sports playing baseball for 8 years primarily in center field, left field and catcher.  Basketball for 5 years as a point guard or shooting guard and football for 7 years ranging from center, middle linebacker, wide receiver and strong safety.

What I love about my job:  My passion is in coaching and teaching athletes and parents on how to improve their performance and sports IQ in the gym and on the field.  I get to wake up every day to help people grow as individuals, provide tools to last beyond their sports careers and educate parents on what to look for in order to protect and reinforce what we are teaching.

Currently:  I’m working on completing Bachelor of Science degree and the National Strength and Conditioning Associations Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). After that I will start working on my master’s degree.

Family:  I have been married for 8 years and in April my wife and will have a little one to add to the family. My parents live in Pasadena and my brother lives in Seabrook along with his wife and three children.

My music: Pillar, Dave Matthews Band, Jeremy Camp, and Carlos Santana.

My favorite movie:  Friday night lights

Favorite food:  Cheese burgers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Favorite drink:  Currently it is Cherry Coke.

If I could meet any one it would have to be YODA.  Yes, I said Yoda.
