Experience: Practicing Athletic trainer since 1998.  Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 2001.  Practicing Physical Therapist since 2006.

Paul received an honorable discharge from the United States Air Force in 1995 and went on to Colorado State University (CSU) completing both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Exercise and Sport Science with a Sports Medicine Concentration.  While at CSU, worked as an athletic trainer with the varsity football and track and field athletes providing sports medicine coverage fir injury prevention and rehabilitation.  Had the opportunity to work with some excellent athletes and participate in the 1999 and 2000 Liberty Bowl's and then also get up close to Lord Stanley's Cup in 2000-2001.

Completed Master's thesis while inventing a novel exercise device called the CFREU (constant force resistive exercise unit) as a potential contermeasure to muscle wasting in space and later patented the exercise machine. 

Paul also received several publications and awards for his work in ankle injury prevention, muscle flexibility, and the CFREU.   Paul Colosky Jr's areas of specialty include orthopedic and sports injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Paul's hobbies include running (5K, 10K, half-marathon, and endurance relays), cycling (MS150 x 6), camping, fishing, and road trips with my wife Tara M. Ruttley and daugther Anna-Marie.
