Hi this is Lauren, born and raised in Pasadena, TX. My interests are sports, health and nutrition; this is why physical therapy is my calling. I’ve played sports in the past; swim, softball and track loved them all. I graduated from the University of Houston- Clear Lake in May 2010 with a Bachelors in Fitness and Human Performance. I currently hold a CNA and CPR certification. My goals are to continue with school to become a physical therapist and work in an outpatient clinic or hospital. I have previously worked as a head lifeguard/swim instructor, as a CNA in a nursing/rehabilitation home and Clear Lake Hospital. My hobbies include working out, hunt/fish, water sports, 2-steppin’, and having an amazing time!

What is your favorite lunch meat?

Turkey.

Do you use sarcasm a lot?

I should use a little less J

Do you still have your tonsils?

Yes, I traded them for my wisdom teeth.

Baseball

…Chocolate cookies, …chocolate ice cream and.. chocolate candy!

Cardio! With a little bit of strength training J
